E Card with a Personalized Message is an exciting way to send and receive gifts with Mr. Pearson's at no extra cost.

How it works?

When you call in your order, you should mention that the order is a gift order. The operator will ask the nature of the occasion i.e. Birthday, Christmas etc. After you place and submit your order an E card will be sent by us on your behalf via Email. You can also include the description of the gift in the message should you not whish to surprise the recipient with the nature of the gift. Your message will arrive almost immediately and be an exciting precursor to the gift that is being sent to them, from you, via Mr. Pearson's.

Why send a gift message?

If you think the actual gift package may not arrive in time for the occasion, the gift message is an effective way to notify the recipient that the gift is coming. This is especially useful when you're ordering a gift late.

What if the recipient does not open his or her e-mail?

We send verification email to you once the gift message is sent. Plus we send you a verification email to you once the gift email is opened. If you want to ensure the recipient opens it on time, a quick phone prompt is a good idea. Your physical gift will of course be shipped according to your order.

Will the gift recipient be added to some kind of mailing list?

Only your delivery e-mail and one satisfaction verification follow-up e-mail will be sent to the recipient unless he or she opts in for more information.

Can the recipient see the price?

Prices are not shown on the gift or the message. Only the message and your description of the gift are included.

I forgot to send an Online Gift Delivery when I checked out. Can I send one now?

Yes. Although it is best to create your gift message after you place your order, you can create one now. To send a Gift Message, open and e-mail page to customerservice@mrpearsons.com write an appropriate message to the gifts recipient, and explain briefly the nature of the occasion (birthday, Christmas, mothers day, etc.) and when you would like the message to be sent. A copy of the gift message will be e-mail to you at the same time it is sent to the recipient of the food gift.
