11. What if the product I order is out of stock, or is a special order item?
We go to enormous lengths to guarantee total satisfaction. On the rare occasion that a product is out of stock, we will send you a similar item of equal or greater value and you will be notified via Email of this adjustment. If you cancel your order, and the product you ordered, is a special order item, you will be charged a 30% stocking fee, as special order items are rarely sold, and it is likely your cancelled product will be discarded, or donated to a charity, at a loss to the company.
